Shaoxing Crab with egg Back

Ingredients

Fresh Crab 1 pc
Parsley some
Spring onion some
Eggs 1-2 pcs
Milk 100 ml
Water 100 ml
Shaoxing Wine 10 ml
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Chicken Powder 1/3 tsp
Pepper some
Oil some

Directions

  1. Wash the crab, gradually chop the crab set aside.

  2. Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Steam-High’ for 8 minutes, done with half cooked.

  3. Mix the eggs, milk, water, Shaoxing wine, pepper, chicken powder, salt, sugar and oil stir evenly.

  4. Pour the egg slurry into the crab plate, cover with plastic wrap. Use ‘Steam-Med’ for 15 minutes. (Steaming time depends on the thickness off egg and crab.)

  5. Sprinkle with spring onion and parsley and serve.
