Put all ingredients (except bacon, cheddar cheese and honey) into the Panasonic Food Processor MK-F800, select ‘M1’ and mix it well.
Line up the bacon straight and crossing the other bacon over horizontally, to weave the skin of bacon.
Place the bacon skin into a rectangular baking mold, pour with half of the meat mixture, cover with cheddar cheese, then pour the rest of the meat mixture and fix the bacon skin well. Use Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Convection’ not need to preheat and 160℃ for 40 minutes.
After that, take out the meat roll, brush with some honey and select ‘Convection’ not need to preheat and 180℃ for 10 minutes until it turn golden yellow color.
