Mashed Potato with Cheese and Beef Back

Ingredients

Beef 60 g
Potatoes 180 g
Cheese 2-3 pcs

Directions

  1. Peeled and dice the potato and beef. Put into the Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, steam for 20-25 minutes.

  2. Mashed the potato with Panasonic Food Processor MK-F800 with using the grating blade.

  3. Change to the knife blade and select ‘Pre-programmed 1’ (Mince Menu) to mince the beef.

  4. Put with the mashed potato and cheese when the potato still hot.

Tips

Cheese which is natural ripening and pasteurization are more suitable for BB and children.
