Wash the crab, gradually chop the crab set aside.
Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Steam-High’ for 8 minutes, done with half cooked.
Mix the eggs, milk, water, Shaoxing wine, pepper, chicken powder, salt, sugar and oil stir evenly.
Pour the egg slurry into the crab plate, cover with plastic wrap. Use ‘Steam-Med’ for 15 minutes. (Steaming time depends on the thickness off egg and crab.)
Sprinkle with spring onion and parsley and serve.
