Okra Chikuwa Teriyaki Pork Roll Back

Ingredients

Chikuwa (Cut in half) 3 pcs
Okra 5 pcs
Thin Pork Slice 10 pcs
Cheese Slice 1 pc
Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp.
Salt Moderate
Pepper Moderate

Directions

  1. Rub the Okra gently with salt. Clean with water. Trim the stem ends and the hard edges

  2. Boil with hot water for 1 min. and drain it. Put the okra into the Chikuwa
  3. Season the thin pork slices with salt & pepper
  4. Roll the Chikuwa with pork slices (add cheese if you like)
  5. Place an aluminium foil on the metal tray and place the pork roll on top. Brush with teriyaki sauce.
  6. Put the metal tray into Digital Control Electric Oven NB-DT52, select 180℃ and set for 20 mins.
