When should the blood pressure be measured?

Measurement should be taken several times within a day such as morning, noon and night. Thus, a pattern of the blood pressure can be learnt and monitored.

How long should the blood pressure measurement last?

Measurement should last one to two weeks or even one month for more insights.

Why the measured values may vary from each measurement?

Blood pressure varies continuously and it may be influenced by the cuff’s wrapping method and user’s posture. Measurement should be taken under the same condition every time.

Are the measured values the same for both left hand and right hand?
