*Use 5℃ cold water and reduce the amount of water by 10g (mL) if room temperature is above 25℃。
Matcha Paste:
Matcha (green tea powder)

Directions
Install blade in the bread pan.
Add “Ingredients” (except instant dry yeast and matcha paste) in the bread pan.
Put the bread pan into the main body and place instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser.
Select menu “14 Mable Bread”, and press “開始 (Start)”, put in the matcha paste manually in 89 minutes after the program is started. (*It may take 94 or 69 minutes, depending on the room temperature.)
Open the lid when you hear the beep sound. Place the matcha paste on the bottom of bread pan within 5 minutes.
Close the lid, press “開始 (Start)” again.
Press “取消 (Cancel)” when you hear the beep sound. Take out the bread pan and cool it down for about 2 minutes. Then take out the bread.
Tips
Do not sprinkle the matcha paste on the dough. Place the matcha paste under the dough. (Take the dough out or move the dough to a corner. Place matcha paste on the bottom of bread pan, and put the dough back.)
