Yudane pain de mie with cream cheese and blueberry
Ingredients
Cold water (5℃)* + Yudane#

High-gluten flour

Cream cheese - Chopped into 1cm pieces and frozen in the refrigerator

Dried blueberry

* Reduce by 10 g (mL) when the room temperature is above 25 ˚C.
#Yudane Ingredient:
High-gluten flour

How to make Yudane#
Put 10g high-gluten flour of the "Yudane Ingredient" into the deeper heat resistant pan. Add 70g (mL) water to dissolve the flour, and stir until there are no particles.
Put the mix into the microwave oven (600 W) to heat for about 30 ~ 40 seconds, and suspend heating when the surface of mixture bulges.
Stir the mixture well and put it into the microwave oven to heat for about 20 seconds, stop heating when the surface of mixture bulges.Take it ou and stir it until it becomes pasty.
Cool the mixture until its temperature is similar to body temperature. Then add cold water (5 ˚C) and mix. (Total weight: 220 g)
How to make Yudane pain de mie with cream cheese and blueberry
Install blade in the bread pan.
Add “Ingredients” (except instant dry yeast, cream cheese and dried blueberries) in the bread pan.
Put the bread pan into the main body and place instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser.
Select "Menu 3 - Yudane pain de mie", select "Raisins" and "Yes", then select "Gentle Stir", press "Start".
Open the lid when you hear the beep sound. Place the cream cheese and dried blueberries into the bread pan.
Close the lid, press “開始 (Start)” again.
Press “取消 (Cancel)” when you hear the beep sound. Take out the bread pan and the bread.
Tips
Adjust the time for heating according to the type of heat-resistant pan and microwave oven.
