Wash the chicken and remove the head and neck. Cut off the chicken feet 1cm below the joint of legs.
Tie up the hold of head, put all the [Ingredients] (except water) into the chicken, then tie up the bottom of the chicken.
Put the chicken into the Panasonic Electronic Pressure Cooker SR-PS608/SR-PS508, add in water and all the [Seasoning].
Close the outer lid and lock the lid lock, select「Pressure Select - High」,press「Time Setting - / +」set the cooking time to 20 minutes,press「Start」,after cooker has de-pressurized, sprinkle with some spring onion and serve.
