Mash the tofu and mix with all the ingredients (except Mozzarella Cheese).
Form the mixture into a ball and stuff the cheese inside, then put them on the metal tray.
Use Panasonic My Chef Multi-Function Steam Oven NN-CS894B, select “Convection” 180ºC for 15 minutes or until the surface become golden brown.
