- Put the eggs in the Steam Oven NU-SC180W straight from the refrigerator.
- Select "STEAM MED" mode for 9 mins.
- Wait for 1 min. before taking it out (Beware of the hot steam!)
- Put the eggs in ice bath for 5 mins.
- Crack the eggshell gently and done.
