Squeeze the monkey head mushroom to remove the excessive water; remove the stems and dice all mushrooms.
Mix the diced mushroom with 1 tbsp of mushroom water and the mushroom seasoning.
Smash the tofu and mix with the diced mustard and the mushroom.
Add all the vegetarian minced meat seasoning into the tofu, mix well and place it flatly on the plate.
Use the grill tray and place onto the upper shelf of Panasonic My Chef Steam Combination Oven NN-CS894B, select ‘Steam 1’ for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped celery and pour with cooked oil, serve.
