Pat dry chicken drumsticks. Mix with all the seasoning, put in fridge and marinate overnight.
Add red onion, garlic, mushrooms, potato, chicken drumsticks, thyme, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, basil leaves, broth, salt and black pepper into the Panasonic Electronic Pressure Cooker SR-PG601 / SR-PG501.
Select ‘Meat’ for 5 minutes, then press the ‘Start’.
Add cherry tomatoes and cream cheese and stir well and serve.
