Italian-Style Creamy Tomato Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken Drumsticks 6 pcs
Red Onion (slice) 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Mushrooms (diced) 10 pcs
Potato (chopped) 1 pc
Thyme (3 sprig)
Basil (1 sprig)
Tomatoes (diced) 1 can
Broth 200 ml
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Cherry Tomatoes (halved) 8 pcs
Cream cheese 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) some
 
Seasoning
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) some
Paprika 1 tsp
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Pat dry chicken drumsticks. Mix with all the seasoning, put in fridge and marinate overnight.
  2. Add red onion, garlic, mushrooms, potato, chicken drumsticks, thyme, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, basil leaves, broth, salt and black pepper into the Panasonic Electronic Pressure Cooker SR-PG601 / SR-PG501.
  3. Select ‘Meat’ for 5 minutes, then press the ‘Start’.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cream cheese and stir well and serve.
