Smoked Salmon Frittata
Ingredients
Onion (peel, chop) | 50 g |
Spinach (wash, chop) | 40 g |
Eggs | 6 pcs |
Parmesan Cheese (shredded) | 20 g |
Smoked Salmon (chop) | 50 g |
Smoked Salmon (decoration) | 3 pcs |

Directions
- Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Convection’, preheat to 160℃.
- Use Panasonic IH Cooker KY-E227D to pan fry the onion with salt and black pepper by ‘Heating Level 7’.
- Add in the spinach after turn off the IH Cooker, make use of the remain heat cook until it become soft.
- Mix the eggs, parmesan cheese shredded, chopped salmon, onion and spinach, pour the egg mixture into the bake mold.
- Put it into the Steam Oven, select ‘Convection’ bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Roll the remain salmon into the shape of flower for decorate and serve.
