Smoked Salmon Frittata

Ingredients

Onion (peel, chop) 50 g
Spinach (wash, chop) 40 g
Eggs 6 pcs
Parmesan Cheese (shredded) 20 g
Smoked Salmon (chop) 50 g
Smoked Salmon (decoration) 3 pcs
 
Seasoning
Salt some
Black Pepper some

Directions

  1. Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Convection’, preheat to 160℃.
  2. Use Panasonic IH Cooker KY-E227D to pan fry the onion with salt and black pepper by ‘Heating Level 7’.
  3. Add in the spinach after turn off the IH Cooker, make use of the remain heat cook until it become soft.
  4. Mix the eggs, parmesan cheese shredded, chopped salmon, onion and spinach, pour the egg mixture into the bake mold.
  5. Put it into the Steam Oven, select ‘Convection’ bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Roll the remain salmon into the shape of flower for decorate and serve.
