Tomato Bolognese Risotto

Ingredients

Tomato (wash and chopped) 100 g
Garlic 100 g
Butter 100 g
Minced Lean Pork 200 g
Onion (minced) 90 g
Celery (minced) 30 g
Carrot (minced) 30 g
Raw Rice 1.5 cup
Water 600 ml
Cheddar Cheese Shred 2 cups
Seasoning:
Salt some
Pepper some

Directions

  1. Put the tomato and garlic into Panasonic Slow Juicer MJ-L500 to make the tomato garlic mash and tomato juice.

  2. Panasonic Induction Cooker KY-E227D (15A) select ‘level 6’ power, put the butter and minced lean pork stir fry until it turns color, add the tomato garlic mash, onion, celery, carrot, raw rice and season and fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour in the water and tomato juice until it boiled, select ‘level 5’ power to braise the rice with the cover of lid for 13 minutes.

  4. Finally add in the cheddar cheese shred and stir until the cheese completely melted.
