Wash and dry the pork spare ribs, put it into the Panasonic My Chef Multi-Function Steam Oven NN-CS894B, select ‘Steam 1’ for 10 minutes.
Mix the remain seasonings to be the sauces (except onion).
Pan fry the onion, then pour in the sauces and cook for 15 minutes with low-heat.
Put the pork ribs on the grill tray, pour in the sauces and cover with the foil. Put it into the Steam Oven, select ‘Convection’ 200ºC for 25 minutes.
After that, remove the foil and bake for 20 minutes more or until the surface become golden brown.
