Dressed Chicken 1 pc
Ginseng (wash) 1 stalk
Glutinous Rice (wash) 90 g
Pitted Jujube (wash) 2 pcs
Garlic (peel) 2 cloves
Spring Onion (wash) 1 stalk
Water 1000 ml
 
Seasoning
Rice wine 1/2 cup
Wolfberry Fruit 5 g
Pitted Jujube (wash) 4 pcs
Ginger (slice) 2 slices
Salt some
White pepper powder some
 
Decoration
Spring Onion (chopped) some

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken and remove the head and neck. Cut off the chicken feet 1cm below the joint of legs.
  2. Tie up the hold of head, put all the [Ingredients] (except water) into the chicken, then tie up the bottom of the chicken.
  3. Put the chicken into the Panasonic Electronic Pressure Cooker SR-PS608/SR-PS508, add in water and all the [Seasoning].
  4. Close the outer lid and lock the lid lock, select「Pressure Select - High」,press「Time Setting - / +」set the cooking time to 20 minutes,press「Start」,after cooker has de-pressurized, sprinkle with some spring onion and serve.
